Cancellation
We understand that your plans can change but unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed or shipped. You can only cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.
To cancel your order please contact us within 6 hour after ordering the product with your order details.
Exchanges
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery, applicable only for defective or damaged products, at no additional cost for pickup. Please notify us within this period if you receive a defective item. To initiate the exchange, kindly send clear photos and a video showing the defect to our email for verification.
Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange for the reverse pickup, which typically takes about 3 days to complete. Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a quality check and then dispatch a replacement.
If there is a price difference between the original and the replacement product, you will be required to pay the difference. Please note that we can process only one exchange per order.
